These terms apply when you visit eatsenditsnacks.com or buy from Send It Snacks ("we", "us", "our"), a small-batch snack company based in Boise, Idaho. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or using the site with a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or to upload viruses or other harmful code.

2. Our products

Our snacks are made with almonds and contain tree nuts. Always read the ingredient list on the product page and on the bag before eating, especially if you have a food allergy. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors, packaging and print placement on apparel may vary slightly.

Nutrition and benefit descriptions are general information, not medical or dietary advice.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Products are available while supplies last, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. If we make a pricing or listing mistake, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, an order looks fraudulent, or a shipping address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. You agree that the billing information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use your payment method.

5. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions have their own terms, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or ended at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Where we ship, delivery times and costs are covered in our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our Refund policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo, comment or tag us on social media, you give us permission to show and share it on our site and channels, with credit where we can. Please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.

8. Our brand and content

The Send It Snacks name, logos, product names (including Barkin' at Da Moon™, Sweeet Caroline™ and Habanero Bandolero™), designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Other websites and services

The site may link to, or use, third-party services such as social media, payment providers, shipping carriers and print-on-demand partners. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

10. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our policies, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Send It Snacks won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the site or place an order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
